I grew up in Alpharetta, Georgia and have been blessed to work with children since I was 16 years old.
In 2002, I married my husband, Brad, and we happily moved to Putnam County. In 2004, we announced the birth of our first daughter, Rileigh. Daughter number two, Chloe, was born in 2009.
I enjoy spending free time with my family. We attend Crossroads Baptist Church, where Brad is the current youth director, and I teach Sunday school and Wednesday night AWANAS for 2 and 3 year olds.
Mrs. Lea has worked for the PCCSS for 10 years. She has worked in Pre-K, K, and 1st grades. She is married to Dean Lea and has two sons. Dustin is a senior at Georgia Southern University and Clinton is a Junior at PCHS, where he is Vice President of the Putnam County FFA chapter.
She is a 1978 graduate of the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology / Social Work / Criminal Justice. She was employed at Eatonton Early Childhood Development for approximately 30 years: from teacher’s assistant to Director.
She loves children and working with the public. She has been honored as 2005 Woman in History by the Putnam County Library system, Leadership Putnam Class of 2002, Who’s Who Among College and University students, a member of Union Baptist Church where she serves as a Sunday school teacher and a member of the Usher board. She’s also a member of Superior Chapter 160 of the Eastern Star and Delta Sigma Theata Sorority. Mary Alice is currently attending Capella University where she hopes to obtain a Master’s Degree in School Counseling. She was the parent of one son and she has four grandchildren.
Mrs. Waters has worked with the Putnam County School System for 15 years as a paraprofessional. She has earned an Associate Degree from Central Georgia Technical College and a Bachelors Degree from Ashford University - both degrees are in Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Waters is looking forward to having her own classroom one day because she loves working with children.
Mrs. Waters is married to Bill Waters, who works for the Baldwin County Recreation Department as the Sports Coordinator. Bill also works for the PCHS football team as one of their coaches. Danyelle and her husband have four beautiful children. Marquez Styles - stepson who attends FVSU, Marquesha who attends MGSU, Jasmine an 8th grader who attends PCMS, and Bill Waters, Jr. a 2nd grader who attends PCPS.
