Nadine Slappy is a third-year Pre-K teacher but has worked with children in the Putnam County School System for 17 years. She is a 2012 graduate of Mercer University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is a 2006 graduate of Central Georgia Technical College where she earned an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been happily married to Alvin Slappy for 15 years. Mrs. Slappy has two daughters - Portia and Courtney Andrews, and 1 granddaughter - Madisyn Nicole Harris; three step-daughters - Feyshur, Chervae, and Shandreka, and three step-grandchildren - Amber, Jamari, and Lamari. Mrs. Slappy loves working with children, watching them achieve, spending time with family, and helping others.
