Ms. Andrews has been a paraprofessional for seven years. She has worked with Special Ed, K, and now Pre-K. She truly enjoys working with the children. She has two boys of her own Sincere and Kelin. Her hobbies include spending time with her family and shopping.
Jana has worked in the Nursing Field for 24 years. She has worked 5 years at Putnam County Primary School. She has worked 2 years in Kindergarten, 1 year in first grade, 1 year in second grade and now she is working in Pre-K. She has one son named Adam. He is attending Georgia Southern University.
Her hobbies are gardening, cooking, sports, and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Fields has been a paraprofessional for 2 years. She absolutely loves working with children. She is married with two children and loves spending time with her family, loves the outdoors, reading and going to the beach.
I grew up in Alpharetta, Georgia and have been blessed to work with children since I was 16 years old.
In 2002, I married my husband, Brad, and we happily moved to Putnam County. In 2004, we announced the birth of our first daughter, Rileigh. Daughter number two, Chloe, was born in 2009.
I enjoy spending free time with my family. We attend Crossroads Baptist Church, where Brad is the current youth director, and I teach Sunday school and Wednesday night AWANAS for 2 and 3 year olds.
Ms. Harden has been a paraprofessional for over 8 years here at PCPS. She is the proud mother of four kids; Camille &Carmen (“the twins”), Camyia and Camden. She is currently working on her BS degree in Early Childhood Education from Mercer University. When she is not chauffeuring her kids to their various activities, she enjoys watching Law and Order (die heart fan) and the Closer.
Dixie has been a paraprofessional here since 2004. She has 3 children Emily, Abbie, and Jessie. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Lea has worked for the PCCSS for 10 years. She has worked in Pre-K, K, and 1st grades. She is married to Dean Lea and has two sons. Dustin is a senior at Georgia Southern University and Clinton is a Junior at PCHS, where he is Vice President of the Putnam County FFA chapter.
Hi, my name is Phyllis Monday. I’m employed by the BOE. I’m a paraprofessional at Putnam County Primary School. I have worked with kindergarten, inclusion, and special education. This year I am working with special education self-contained. I do like what I do. My goal is to make a difference in a child’s life. That’s what I’m striving for. I enjoy shopping, reading, and quiet moments. Most of all I like doing is, going to church every Sunday.
Hi! My name is Cheryl Moore. I love working with children. I am married and I have two children and four grandchildren. I love gardening and spending time with my family.
Mrs. Parham has been working for the Putnam County Board of Education as a Paraprofessional for 29 and a half years. She has worked in kindergarten and pre-k. She has taken courses in Nursing. These courses have helped her to work with the young children. Her hobbies are watching football, reading, spending time with her grandchildren and family, and helping others.
Mary Alice Smith
She is a 1978 graduate of the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology / Social Work / Criminal Justice. She was employed at Eatonton Early Childhood Development for approximately 30 years: from teacher’s assistant to Director.
She loves children and working with the public. She has been honored as 2005 Woman in History by the Putnam County Library system, Leadership Putnam Class of 2002, Who’s Who Among College and University students, a member of Union Baptist Church where she serves as a Sunday school teacher and a member of the Usher board. She’s also a member of Superior Chapter 160 of the Eastern Star and Delta Sigma Theata Sorority. Mary Alice is currently attending Capella University where she hopes to obtain a Master’s Degree in School Counseling. She was the parent of one son and she has four grandchildren.
Mrs. Linda Walker has two precious daughters. She is currently attending Central Georgia Tech College, to further her education. She has been employed by Putnam County School System for 12 years where for 7 years she has assisted in educating kindergarteners. She is an assistant cheerleading coach for PCSS. Peen State University is where she received her diploma in Floral Designer. From this experience her personal business Gail’s Creation, was developed. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, dancing, creating floral designs, making others laugh and spending quality time with her family and friends.
I have a diploma in Cosmetology and a certificate in Business Office Technology. I’ve worked for PCPS for eight years. I enjoy shopping, reading, decorating and traveling.
Mrs. Waters has worked with the Putnam County School System for 15 years as a paraprofessional. She has earned an Associate Degree from Central Georgia Technical College and a Bachelors Degree from Ashford University - both degrees are in Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Waters is looking forward to having her own classroom one day because she loves working with children.
Mrs. Waters is married to Bill Waters, who works for the Baldwin County Recreation Department as the Sports Coordinator. Bill also works for the PCHS football team as one of their coaches. Danyelle and her husband have four beautiful children. Marquez Styles - stepson who attends FVSU, Marquesha who attends MGSU, Jasmine an 8th grader who attends PCMS, and Bill Waters, Jr. a 2nd grader who attends PCPS.
